Job Description

VONQ has recently acquired an international player (IGB) in the area of multiposting and programmatic technology. IGB has a strong footprint and track record in the staffing industry and is a well respected player in the market. The opportunity is to maintain our leading role and to grow business further by acquiring new customers and upselling existing ones with job and recruitment marketing solutions. Currently, VONQ and IGB are finalising the process of integrating the 2 companies into one strong brand with one portfolio: VONQ. 

Accountmanager IGB
Full time - ASAP - Groningen

As an account manager at VONQ you'll get the opportunity to: 

  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory 
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers business priorities and seek alignment with our solutions - primarily our (IGB) multiposting & programmatic solutions, but also our job and recruitment marketing solutions 
  • Translate VONQ’s proposition to meet customer success in order to minimize churn
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process, following each step with tight control after each phase
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
  • Experienced in closing deals consistently at or above quota level
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices 
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Contribute to the further integration of IGB within the VONQ group

  • 1-3 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative

  • Excellent written & verbal communication both Dutch and English
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment
