With our revolutionary SaaS platform, we help recruiters to reach the right candidates on countless media channels around the world. Our recruitment marketing platform analyzes the performance data of over 2,000 online media and selects the right one for each target group. With the help of our recruitment analytics technology, we bring even more transparency to the recruiting process and report all data directly to where it is needed - to the recruiting teams. Last year we acquired IGB, a job ad multiposting and programmatic job automation provider, which opens up more exciting opportunities for us.

We are searching for an energetic and motivated business analyst intern to join our ride, and contribute to the success of our company.

The location:

At VONQ, in the city centre of Rotterdam.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform analyses on products, clients, suppliers, operations, etc. and initiate improvement projects
• Manage and own a part of the ad-hoc projects backlog
• Contribute to company-wide projects such as pricing strategies, A/B testing, product definitions, data clean-ups etc.
• Perform reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Prepare periodical reports as agreed with senior management
• Research and develop business cases for potential features
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Perform administrative duties, and additional functions, as needed and determined by management
