Media Partnerships

Building and maintaining partnerships with international job boards. Manage and grow a portfolio of 3000 channels for customers all around the globe.  You will manage a small team that is managing over 1000 partner relationships with job advertisement channels (e.g. Indeed, JobRapido, LinkedIn, etc.).  

The Media Partnerships team is responsible for:

  1. Expanding our portfolio of channels. Currently, we have 2100 channels and we are looking to grow this portfolio to almost 3000 in 2021.

  2. Negotiating the best possible margins. The better our margins, the more profitable VONQ is.

  3. Improve SLA’s with our suppliers to speed up the campaign delivery

  4. Making sure that our suppliers are represented correctly in our software and that customers know exactly what they are buying

Your role in this team will focus on: 

  1. Managing and support your team to make them successful 

  2. Build and execute a plan to make the team more scalable by working closely with operations, product & engineering, and finance. 

  3. Make a few top tier partnerships successful (e.g. Indeed) and support new partnerships in new regions

  4. Execute on company strategic initiatives such as multiposting, programmatic advertising, subscriptions, and job board automation

  5. Analyze usage, revenue, margins, and performance and make sure the results stay up to date in clear reports

  6. Develop and roll out a plan to increase partner engagement

  7. Deliver valuable input on portfolio pricing strategy together with Finance and Sales

Campaign Delivery & Operations

As manager of this team, you're responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of our job marketing services to our customers. VONQ’s Job Marketing Platform offers customers access to more than 3,000 media channels on a global scale for promoting their open positions. The sales operations team is responsible for the timely and qualitative distribution of the jobs of our customers.

This is a partly automated process and partly manual. It’s your goal to drive further efficiency by automating the process, You will be working with Product and Development to ensure the goals of the team are met and we can implement our improvements.

Your role in this team will focus on: 

  • Identifying, designing, implementing process improvements 

  • Setting up systems to support all parts of the operations processes

  • Creating accurate real time visibility of team performance

  • Focusing on automation and improvements within the current workflow.

  • Working with peers to ensure our internal processes are aligned and streamlined.

  • Reporting and enablement, support the COO and management  with data analytics and trends to support forecasting.

  • Setting up quality and assurance  automated workflow across the order management process to provide a smooth intake process and to decrease processing time.Play a key role in internal advocacy and change management. Obtaining buy in from stakeholders, other departments and team members.

  • Building, training, coaching and developing the Sales Operations team.

  • Work closely with with Sales Team and Customer Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels. Speaking Dutch and English is required. German or French is a bonus.

  • Experience with building a marketplace

  • A strategic mindset and ability to convert this into operational excellence

  • A proven track record of building and improving a team

  • Project Management experience with good Excel skills

  • You possess advanced user oriented knowledge of Salesforce CRM and excel skills.

  • At least 5 years of proven account management

  • Tech Savvy (ideally know something about APIs and XMLs)

  • A passion for process improvements and designing new processes to achieve your goals.

  • A Masters Degree

  • You are comfortable to work with targets
