Junior Partner Manager Business Development (French Speaking)

Rotterdam and / or Amsterdam, fulltime (32-40 hours per week), starting April 2020

As Junior Partner Manager Business Development you’ll get the chance to learn everything about building strategic partnerships with international job boards and online platforms where job seekers spend their time online. In doing so, you’ll generate revenue for VONQ and directly impact our profitability. 

You’re part of the Partnership team that is responsible for managing all alliances, relationships with resellers and media buying multinationals in a global environment. You’ll report to the Director of Partnerships, and work in an experienced, multidisciplinary team of partnership managers, and analysts.

A day as a Junior Partnership Manager at VONQ looks like:

Business Development 60%

  • Recruit and onboard new job board partners on an on-going basis in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, US and Canada.
  • Negotiating pricing, service and product conditions
  • Analyze and explore the job board market

Account Management 20%

  • Maintain good relationships with job boards
  • Renew contracts with job boards

Content Management 20%

  • You support the team by making sure that the products that we sell to our customers are up to date and well written.

  • French & English speaking (extra languages such as Italian, Spanish is a plus)
  • Relevant Master’s degree in for example Business Management, Media, Communications
  • Ideally 1-3 year’s commercial working experience as a consultant, account manager, partnership manager or similar preferably in the software or media industry 
  • Eager to work in the field of recruitment, advertising and software development
  • Willing to travel between our offices, meetings in person and events (national and international)
  • You’re a strong networker and a people person
