Job Description

What you will be doing:  

As a vital member of the Therapy Planning Team (TPT) at VIVIO Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based and cost-effective therapy drug management. Here is what you’ll be doing: 

  • Review: You will receive comprehensive training to meticulously evaluate therapy requests pursuant to VIVIO’s processes and policies. 
  • Collaborative Support: In addition to your review responsibilities, you will provide essential support to therapy planning team members, other internal teams, and plan sponsors.  
  • Clear and Effective Communicator: You will be expected to effectively communicate determinations to relevant stakeholders (e.g. written materials to prescribers and verbally to internal teams) 
  • Technology: You will be trained to use internal member management platforms to document relevant clinical and financial information 
  • Dynamic Team Player: We’re seeking highly dynamic and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving workflows and programs. 
  • Remote: This position is remote, but with in-person trainings and travel requirements. 
  • Variable duties: Working in non-specialty (pharmacy) and specialty clinical programs. Participation in Therapy Planning Team meetings. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1 or more years of relevant or equivalent experience in clinical document review and data entry  
  • Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills. 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate and solve problems. 
  • Competent at the intermediate level or higher with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Able to participate in onsite trainings when needed.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate degree in pharmacy (pharmacy technician), nursing or relevant healthcare field
