Job Description
Position Summary:
The School Administration and Project Controller(SAPC) is a newly created position, designed to ensure delivery of agreed strategic changes, while allowing the organisation to continue to function in its core work. The SAPC will report to the Village Board and their Partners and will be an integral part of the Village management team. The role will be a combination of Administration, Project management with some marketing input.
Basic Function
- Together with management team, co-ordinate the administration of initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Utilising contacts in Government and Education Bodies, liaising with such bodies to acquire research backing for nominated initiatives. This may include seeking Government assistance for certain initiatives.
- Managing project planning and implementation including the creation of project plans, along with financial plans.
- Representing Village at external functions to help raise awareness of the work that we do.
- Working with international bodies and universities to help convert English language contents into Thai. This includes direct translation as well as cultural translation ready for implementation.
- With the management team, create a communication process and platform to ensure all changes are appropriately communicated to stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Regular updates of project and change progress to Village Board and management.
Ensuring all initiatives are appropriately planned, resourced and documented.
Ensuring clear communication of progress outcomes and issues are clearly communicated.
Quality assurance for the teaching materials translated into Thai.
With external resources, ensuring all intellectual property rights are protected and registered.
Qualifications
- Previous administration and co-ordination experience in an education environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Thai and English.
- Ability to research in both educational and legislative environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Good problem solving skills.

- Responsive to change and the need for change.
- Cultural Fluency to both Western and Thai values.
