VHIT S.p.A (Vacuum & Hydraulic Products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

With over 60 years of history, our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion engines and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication. 

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

Job Description

To enforce our Sales Marketing and Product Management department, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Actively enhance the company growth in the electrification area.
  • Be the connection with leading OEM needs for today and for the future.
  • Be in charge of managing directly part of the current and prospect customer portfolio.
  • Manage new acquisitions and negotiations.
  • Act as a main customer contact person.
  • Properly manage pre-selling activities and new product business development.
  • Guarantee the project time management and support the team in critical situation during the acquisition and negotiation phases.
  • Manage international relations with Corporate Department.

Qualifications

Education: master’s degree in Mechanical, Electric or Electronic Engineering or similar academic background.

Experience and Know How: Proven experience in automotive sales; Strong negotiation capabilities and understanding of automotive market.

Technical knowledge:  Basic knowledge of powertrain components; Basic understanding of the main automotive industry production processes; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Personality: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership.

Language skills: Fluent English.

Interests: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
