About the Role

We value smart people with great ideas. We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing strategies to cultivate large global accounts in the mining sector. This quota-carrying role has global remit and will be working fully remote, collaborating with key internal stakeholders primarily in Australia. 

To be successful in this role, you will have a good track record of increasing penetration into existing named accounts. You will also enjoy the autonomy, using your drive, creativity, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to work with business and technical audiences across all levels.

What You'd Be Doing

  • Deliver increased revenue, expanded adoption of Veridapt's solutions within the accounts.
  • Enhance visibility of VERIDAPT and develop compelling content that positions VERIDAPT as a strategic partner
  • Co-develop new IoT-based solutions that address digitisation challenges leveraging VERIDAPT's unique capabilities.
  • Develop account plans that align with VERIDAPT's product offering and the customers' strategic priorities.
  • Take complete ownership of building and sustaining healthy relationships within the account. Set up governance model and proactively facilitate relationship between multiple account's and VERIDAPT stakeholders. 
  • Engage directly with all levels of stakeholders to gather intelligence and evangelize VERIDAPT's position 
  • Identify and execute on specific in-year revenue generating opportunities 

Qualifications

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales within mining, rail or other energy-intensive industries 

  • Domain knowledge in IIoT and/or fuel management 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts
