About the Role

We value smart people with great ideas. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable practices in marketing, sales and customer success for sustainable revenue growth, This role has global remit and will be working fully remote, reporting to CRO and collaborating with key internal stakeholders in Australia. You will build sound revenue processes, ensuring disciplined execution and providing transparency and insights on a regular basis. 

To be successful in this role, you will have good track record of establishing sales process in technology companies. You will also enjoy the challenge to get the buy-in from the key stakeholers and rigorously drive the change.

Qualifications

What you'll be doing;

  • Develop and maintain portfolio view of various sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Assess geographies, verticals, products and channels for revenue impact potential 
  • Develop and maintain key revenue operations processes in areas such as: 
    • Sales and revenue forecast and tracking
    • Sales commission planning and tracking
    • Territory analysis and planning
    • Deal health inspection
  • Identify appropriate tools for sales and build tech stack roadmap.
  • Lead deployment and adoption of any new tools.
  • Build robust relationship with intenal stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them to ensure efficient and effective flow of communication.
