Job Description

Due to a growing portfolio of projects, both domestically and internationally, we are seeking a Project Manager with relevant industry experience to join our Technical Services Team.

The role will be located in Chatswood, minutes from the train station, and will provide a challenging technical environment with guidance provided from project managers and senior engineers. 

Following the training period, the role may include domestic and international travel to project sites.

They key roles and responsibilities are below;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping, planning and budgeting of projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Deliver domestic and international projects through installation partners and sub-contractors
  • Liaise with end users and/or partners to ensure the project scope is delivered to a high standard
  • Communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in project close out, including producing of all necessary documentation
  • Work closely with Veridapt project engineers to ensure all technical deliverables are met
  • Assist the sales team with quoting and tendering activities
  • Forecast expected revenue across the lifecycle of the projects

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Project Management (ideally IT, electrical or mechanical infrastructure projects)
  • Project management qualifications advantageous
  • Bachelor in Engineering advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills with the ability to write clear and concise technical reports and documentation
  • Sound MS Project knowledge required
  • An understanding of instrumentation and control systems will be highly regarded
  • Computer literate with basic understanding of networking will be highly regarded
  • Must have a valid driving license
