Truly democratic ED group seeks a full-time nights ED MLP to work at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax.

Candidates should be organized, self-confident, and able to solve challenging clinical problems.  Significant premium compensation for full-time nights, 10 pm - 7 am.

Basic skills and experience required:

• Prior ED experience is required
• Demonstrable record of collaboration and teamwork with ED nursing
• ED EMR experience, Epic preferred, but not required
• Strong oral communication and listening skills
