We are currently looking for .Net Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Experience Required

• Mastery of C#, .NET 8, and Web API development.
• Strong experience with real-time communication frameworks, specifically SignalR (e.g., implementing live chat and agent hand-off workflows).
• Familiarity with Blazor Web Apps is highly preferred.
• Proven implementation of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Ability to structure applications for high scalability and testing isolation. ☐
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server.
• Experience with Oracle database integration, specifically creating repositories that handle complex stored procedures returning multiple cursors. ☐
• Familiarity with Python and/or TypeScript for developing or integrating Al-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Good understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts
• Knowledge of Generative Al concepts and basic understanding of prompt engineering Strong problem-solving and analyticalthinking.
• Ability to clearly explain technical/Al concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective communication, documentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with MLOps practices, Docker/containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to healthcare, licensing, or insurance domain systems
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
• Ability to work under structured project environments (similar to government/RFP frameworks).
• Willingness to support production systems, critical deployments, and provide operational support when required.
