Job Description

We are currently looking Project Consultant – Digital Transformation for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

 

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation certifications will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, management consulting, project management, systems implementation, or business process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience working on digital transformation, ERP, enterprise systems, automation, or technology implementation projects.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
  • Previous consulting experience within public sector, government, utilities, healthcare, finance, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications, software implementation lifecycles, and technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering, solution assessment, testing, and implementation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic.

Duties and Responsibilities

The employee shall:

  • Provide consulting support for digital transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct business process reviews and requirements analysis.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and consultation sessions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, assessments, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with business users, management, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Support testing, implementation, training, and change management activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and professionally.
  • Perform any other duties related to digital transformation, business improvement, and project delivery as assigned by management.
