Job Description

We are currently looking Affluent Banking Market Consultant our Qatar operations.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 7–10 years in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting, value proposition design, or similar fields.

• Previous roles involving competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and reporting

• Experience interpreting insights and translating them into strategic recommendations.

• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within the premium segment

• Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of affluent banking and value proposition design.

• Excellent research and data interpretation abilities

• Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize insights.

• Strong communication and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.

• Certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management are advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital banking ecosystems.

• Experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Insight Interpretation

• Interpret market research, competitor intelligence, and customer insights.

• Identify strategic opportunities for enhancement of affluent products, services, and customer experiences.

• Develop structured recommendations that guide leadership and segment managers in decision-making.

• Value Proposition Development & Enhancement

• Refine and enhance affluent value propositions.

• Craft differentiated product bundles, service models, loyalty frameworks, and benefit packages.

• Provide guidance on pricing, segmentation logic, tiering enhancements, and customer privileges.

• Strategic Planning & Roadmap Creation

• Develop clear quick wins, medium-term enhancement plans, and execution roadmaps.

• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with segment strategy.

• Execution Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate across product development, marketing, digital banking, CRM, operations, and frontline teams.

• Provide implementation guidance to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Oversee progress of action plans and recommend improvements.

• Segment Growth & Competitiveness

• Advise on strategies to increase affluent customer base, drive acquisition, enhance profitability, and strengthen loyalty.

• Propose differentiated experiences, tools, and touchpoints.

• Reporting & Communication

• Prepare recommendation decks, impact assessments, and execution tracking dashboards.

• Present findings and recommendations to segment management.
