Skills

• Minimum experience required: 0–3 years.
• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
• Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
