Experience Requirements
* 6–8+ years software development experience.
* Minimum 3+ years OutSystems experience.
* Experience with .NET or Java.
* Strong SQL and relational database experience.
* Agile/Scrum experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop applications using OutSystems best practices.
* Build Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
* Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
* Optimize SQL queries and database structures.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Troubleshoot and optimize performance.
* Maintain technical documentation.
Technical Skills & Competencies
OutSystems:
* Reactive Web development.
* Mobile development.
* Data modeling and exception handling.
* Implements responsive, user-friendly interfaces following UI/UX best practices. 

Database & SQL:
* Query optimization and indexing.
* Stored procedures and joins.

Integration:
* REST/SOAP APIs and authentication methods.
Must Have Qualifications
* OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer Certification.
* Strong SQL knowledge.
* Hands-on Reactive Web development.
Nice to Have
* Professional Developer Certification.
* CI/CD exposure.
