Job Description

We are currently looking Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Maintenance

· Manage, monitor, and maintain the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) application, database, and interfaces.

· Perform daily system health checks, batch monitoring, and job scheduling.

· Apply configuration changes, patches, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

· Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.

Technical Support

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for trade finance system incidents and service requests.

· Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues between FTI and other banking systems (e.g., Core Banking, SWIFT, DMS).

· Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLA through the IT service management system.

· Liaise with Finastra support and internal IT teams for complex issues (Level 3 escalation).

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
