Job Description

We are currently looking  Contact Centre Agent for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Required skills and qualifications: 

-           Male Arabic.

-           Great communication skills in English and Arabic.

-           Passion in servicing, 1 year experience in same role or similar servicing role.

-           Have good skills to operate computers and typing skills to perform the job.

-           Willing to work in 24-hour shifting even during weekend. Working hour is 8.5 hour with 1 hour break.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
