Job Description

VAM Systems is currently looking for ServiceNow Developer – ITSM, CSM, ITOM for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:

Years of Experience: 4years

Skills:

1. ITSM Workflow Enhancement and Automation

* Review and optimize existing ITSM workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

* Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

* Introduce AI/ML capabilities for predictive analytics and intelligent ticket routing.

2. Enhancement of All ITSM Modules

* Conduct a gap analysis of current ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).

* Implement best practices and align with ITIL standards.

* Improve user interface and experience for ITSM modules.

* Ensure proper configuration of SLAs, notifications, and reporting.

3. CSM Workflow Enhancement and Expansion

* Review current CSM workflows and identify areas for improvement.

* Design and implement new workflows based on business requirements (so far 8 workflows).

* Note: This will require additional licenses and may incur separate costs.

* Ensure seamless integration with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

4. Asset Management and Integration

* Enhance IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities.

* Map assets to services and configuration items (CIs) in CMDB.

* Integrate asset data with ITSM modules for better visibility and control.

* Automate asset lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, retirement).
