Job Description

VAM Systems is currently looking for  HRIS Project Manager for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning

  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for HRMS implementation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

 

Stakeholder Management

 

  • Identify and engage stakeholders from various units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Being the first point of contact for any inquiries from stakeholders in terms of answering questions related to the use of PS HRMS and highlighting any issues/bugs if any.

 

Resource Management

 

  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring progress and performance.
  • Assist when required on tasks related to units in terms of having test scenarios or working on production data needed.

 

Budget Management

 

  • Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring effective allocation of financial resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure the project remains within budgetary constraints.

 

Risk Management

 

  • Identify potential risks related to the HRMS implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust plans, as necessary.

 

Vendor Coordination

 

  • Liaise with PS consultants and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of the HRMS.
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate as needed.

 

Training and Support

  • Develop training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of the HRMS.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources for users’ post-implementation.

 

Change Management

  • Support in change initiatives related to the HRMS implementation, addressing employee concerns and resistance.
  • Ensure that changes are communicated effectively across the organization in collaboration with HRMS Committee.

Quality Assurance

 

  • Establish quality control measures to ensure the HRMS meets organizational standards and requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation of the HRMS prior to full deployment of each module.

 Reporting and Documentation

 

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and project deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates to HRMS Committee and stakeholders.
