Skills

• Review the gaps in the current implementation of the policies with in IT department

• Aid into creating a formal process for each policy developed

• Following a standardized approach for crafting/updating the policies within the department i.e ISO20000 and COBIT controls

• Help setup KPI identification for current initiatives across the IT following ISO 38500

• Operationalize IT Strategy monitoring by creation of quarterly dashboards for higher management

• Identify parameters of IT performance monitoring, to create a frequent line of report for management

• Process certifications in the domain COBIT and ISO 20000\ISO 38500
