We are currently looking for Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. 

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

• Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement
• Proficient in drawing Story boards/create wireframes, write Epics and User Stories
• Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development 
• Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems
• Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
• Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule
• Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action
• Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions/workaround to solve business problems

Previous experience required (if any)

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent year of professional experience 
• 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.
• Strong Banking Domain Knowledge 
• Proven experience in gathering requirements using Agile Methodology
• Strong understanding and experience with software and product development especially in digital solutions.
• Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies – Preferable
