We are currently looking Way4 Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems.

• Full knowledge of Payment Schemes regulation and standard on transactions processing and Cards issuance

• Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology

• Knowledge on creating system architecture documentation.  

• Data analytic skills.

• Strong verbal and written skills.

• Payment related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration ( Thales/Nshield)

Experience of Host and Terminal certification.  

• New Payment schemes launch experience

• Way4 architecture knowledge

• System Data integrity validation and fixing

• Qatar national switch experience Issuing Acquiring certification (is a Plus)

• Global Payment Schemes Issuing and Acquiring certification

• Tokenization implementation and technology understanding

• Chip Cards personalization and requirement of Payment schemes

• Way4 Acquiring and Issuance product definition

• Way4 Prepaid product design and setup

• Cards financials disputes investigations.

• Implementation of PCI-DSS

• Managing planning, Development System Migration with minimum BAU interruption.

• Leading and Managing team of developers with distribution of parallel tasks

• Cards Domain accounting, reconciliation and settlement knowledge

• Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, detail-oriented approach.

KEY COMPETENCIES

OpenWay Way4 (Mandatory)

• Experience of development to integrate site specific message protocol with IST code Module

• Experience in ATM/POS acquiring experience

• Experience in ACS and 3DS Processing

• Ability to identify the root cause from the log warning/error message to

• isolate the issue

• Ability to resolve the issue by using the ATM/POS utility

• Expertise in Way4 parameters setup  

• Experience in generating keys on-demand and payment schemes key exchnage

• Experience in working in TSYS, IST hosts, Way4 Issuing/Acquiring
