Job Description

We are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. 

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects and driving process improvements for digital products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
