Job Description

We are currently looking for IT Project Coordinator - PMP for one of its clients which is a leading Organizations in Qatar with the following terms and conditions.


TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field
  • 6 minimum years’ experience in analysing functional software applications and IT project management, preferably, out of which at least 1 years with insurance applications.
  • PMP is a must, ITIL is a plus, and other related certificates
  • Strong in IT Governance
  • Excellent Business and system analysis skills
  • Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCM
  • Solid HTML skills; familiarity with programming languages
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Business strategy aptitude
  • Decision-making and leadership skills
  • Some Technical: SharePoint, Smart Sheet, PowerApps
  • Business knowledge of  GI, CTS, ERP
  • Testing and QA experience 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to problem solve high pressure issues
  • Good working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools.
  • Experience of working with multiple projects/tasks and the ability to prioritize on the fly.
  • Experience of supporting multiple teams within a business.
