Job Description

VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support Engineer for our Saudi operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

·Skill set required:

· Desktop and User Support


a)      Support covers IT user’s desktops and laptops on a break / fix basis.
b)      The covered user / desktop support components are:
c)      Hardware issues
d)      Microsoft Windows operating system (versions 7 and above)
e)      MAC operating system (10.6 and above)
f)       Printers and peripherals
g)      Antivirus software
h)      Microsoft Office installation and maintenance

2.            Network Support

a)      Support covers network devices on a break / fix basis.
b)      The covered network components:
c)      Switches
d)      Routers
e)      Wi-Fi Access Points
f)       Firewall
g)      Periodic review of system logs on servers, routers, PABX and antivirus


3.            Emails System

a)      Support covers email configuration for users on Outlook mail client
b)      Support covers email configuration on mobile and tablet devices


4.            Telephone System


a)      Management of PABX “Cisco Call Manager”
b)      Support covers user telephone issues only


5.            Printer Support


a)      Troubleshoot printer error and connectivity


6.            Access Control
7.            Purchasing
8.            ISP Management

Terms and conditions

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Saudi and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in Saudi.
