Company Description

We are currently looking for Account Manager for one of its clients which is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services Company in Qatar with the following and terms and conditions.

The responsibilities of the Account Manager include but are not limited to:
•             Minimum 5 years’ experience.
•             To have day-to-day relationships with senior client leaders and serve as their key contact
•             Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications.
•             Assisting & reporting directly to the Account Director.
•             Good knowledge of the brand guidelines, brand DNA & Philosophy and act as the brand guardian.
•             Remain in close communication with the client to comprehend the needs and specifications.
•             Work with the client to create and manage campaigns & plans based on the brief
•             Collaborate with the client, the Account Director and the Creative department to develop, plan and implement strategies for advertising campaigns, social media campaigns and PR.
•             Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
•             Maintain a proper project management tracking and follow ups with the rest of team to meet short deadlines.
•             Stay current with local trends & social media trends and new tools and opportunities.
•             Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicate them to the appropriate people inside the agency.
•             Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions.
•             Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals.
•             Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients.
•             Negotiate deadlines and make detailed presentations.
•             Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients.
•             Attending client meetings (Daily, Weekly).
•             Executing & implementing campaigns (Offline, Digital & Social Media).
•             Always have a positive attitude.
•             Proactive and at par with the latest industry trends.
•             Acts as a positive role model through example.
•             Fluent in Arabic & English
•             Based in Qatar with transferable residency.
