VAMSystems is currently looking for ServerSupport EngineersforourBahrainoperations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Experience/Knowledge

• Administrationsupport for Microsoft Windows Servers

• Administrationsupport for Microsoft Exchange

• TroubleshootingServers related problems

• ManagingServer backups as per Client Policies

• Co-ordinationwith local vendors for equipment as and when required

• Followup with the local vendors to resolve equipment failures, ensure thedelivery and support levels

• Performassessment of each servers configuration, performance, and securityand provide quarterly reports including but not limited to thefollowing:

• Configurationof servers

• Updates,patches and service packs

• Licensesand hardware warranties

• Performanceand Capacity including memory usage, CPU utilization, diskutilization etc.

• Exchangeconfiguration, Queue size, resource utilization, Active DirectoryConfiguration, DHCP/Domain Controller configuration, Log Analysis

• UPSSetup and Configuration

• Airconditioning

• Identifyall single points of failure

• Identifyany capacity/performance issues which are close to threshold

• Verifybackup process and components

• Verifytape library functioning

• VerifyTMG and ForeFront configurations and rules

• Providequarterly reports of the result of the assessment

Experiencerequired:5+ years

Joiningtime frame:2weeks (maximum 1 month).
