looking for Project
Manager
for
one of our clients which is a leading Organization in Kochi
with the following skill
set and terms and conditions.
Skills
Must
have directly managed full project management life cycle
and software development life cycle for the implementation of
multiple IT projects
Must
have solid experience in delivering project with Waterfall
and Agile methodologies.
Must
have solid hands-on experience with function point and story point
estimation techniques.
Must
have solid experience in CMMi level 5 processes.
Excellent
client-facing, interpersonal, internal communication and
presentation skills
Experience
in .Net technology would be an advantage
Hands-on
experience in software development and web technologies
Strong
analytical and problem solving skills
Hands
on experience in Microsoft project
Experience
in ERP software would be an advantage
Candidate
should attend F- F interview in Kochi.
Education
Qualification: BE/
B Tech/ MCA.
PMP
/ PRINCE II certification would be an advantage.
Experience
Required: 8-12
Job
Description
Lead
planning and implementation of projects.
Deliver
the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by
tracking all activities against Plan and actual costs against budget
Resource
Allocation and Management
Develop
and maintain project metrics and dashboards
Ensuring
profitability of the project by accounting, costing and
billing of projects
Project schedule
and Tracking using tracking tool.
Manage
Risk and Issues logs with mitigation plan
Timely
communication with all stake holders about the status of
the projects
Manage
and trace requirements and scope creep
Timely
invoicing of the project milestones and vendor management.
People
management - KPI setting, Performance appraisal, motivation,
training etc.
Terms
and conditions:
Joining
time frame: 2 weeks
(maximum 1 month).
The
selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading
organizations in Kochi.
