About the role

  • Support the end-to-end process of getting learning live, including content uploads, platform setup, testing, publishing, and ongoing updates.
  • Support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our core learning tools, including our AI-powered conversation coaching platform and learning portal, ensuring systems, data, and processes run reliably.

  • Create clear, actionable reporting (weekly/monthly)
  • Use insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements that drive Partner activity, performance, and engagement

    • Content uploads and updates
    • Programme rollouts
    • Event and training tracking

  • This role includes attendance at key Partner events throughout the year, including travel and occasional evening or weekend support.
