  • You will have demonstrable experience working in Network Marketing 
  • You will have a generalist background in Marketing and driving engagement 
  • You are highly creative and love generating new ideas that connect with our Partner audience 
  • You are highly numerate and have experience interpreting large sets of data, telling stories through data and using it to target different cohorts in order to enhance overall engagement and performance
  • You are passionate about our Partner proposition and understand what drives our Partners
  • Competent using Excel
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a hybrid role working from one of our London hubs 2 days per week. 

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with the occasional evening/weekend event for Partner events/incentives.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & Recognition Programme Development Lead to join us to develop and implement longer term Rewards and Recognition strategy (cadence, growth and engagement opportunities etc) for our Partner network. This role reports directly to our Partner Reward & Recognition, Senior Manager. 

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for ideation and planning of Partner rewards and recognition, from gathering ideas, conception, costings, qualification, data provision and final fulfilment (as required) to deliver short term incentives, leader incentives, corporate Partners and recognition e.g. Plus clubs and Stairway to Success Promotions
  • Responsible for driving the success of incentives using data points and bringing energy, fun and FOMO to the Partner network audience
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions which ensure an exceptional Partner experience. 
  • Responsible for supporting the Senior Reward & Recognition Manager with our rewards and recognition experience at the annual Company events (Power Up and Amplify)
  • Support the development and implementation of a rolling 12-month incentives roadmap, ensuring all individual projects are completed on time and proactively inform key stakeholders of progress 
  • Bolster all aspects of Partner engagement by ensuring that Partner Experience relating to incentives, fulfilment, recognition (including vehicle plan, Eco breaks etc) is delightful and seamless
  • Ensure all cross functional collaborations are aligned through collaboration with Partner Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, Legal and Foundation
