About the role 

We’re looking for a Senior Proposition Manager to come and work on the most unique utilities proposition in the UK. UW is the only UK company to provide customers with their Energy, Broadband, Mobile and Insurance services all in one easy to manage bundle. 

This role will be directly responsible for making sure our multiservice discounts and benefits are providing our customers with great value and encouraging them to take more services from us. This person will also work closely with the Product Managers and Commercial Leads for each of our individual services and make sure that our overall value proposition for our multiservice customers is market leading. 

What you'll do

• Using your passion for Utilities to keep up with the latest customer trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for UW
• Being the go to source for market intelligence and our competitive position across our 4 services
• Owning the key messages of our proposition and working with our Marketing teams to ensure they are compelling and effective in driving customer action
• Working with the Product and Product marketing teams to define the key messages for new feature launches 
• Working closely with our commercial teams to ensure our multiservice discounts and benefits are driving the right customer and commercial outcomes
• Defining new multiservice propositions and working closely with the Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to test and develop them
• Working closely with our Partner, Sales and Growth marketing teams to build a picture of customer feedback on our proposition and the opportunities to improve it

About you

• You’ve got experience working in propositions or related roles (e.g. marketing, product, commercial)
• You love finding the sweet spot between customer needs and commercial goals
• You’re great at building relationships and find it easy to work with stakeholders across the business
• You like to makes things simple and communicate succinctly
• And like all UW people, you’re motivated and ambitious, both for yourself and the business you work for.
• Previous experience in utilities is valued but not essential
