Job Description:  

Provide administrative support, user training, site documentation, permissions and general site maintenance for SharePoint solutions supporting COC Technology’s innovation processes


 Location: Hickory, NC or Keller, TX


       

Scope of Position:

• Provide administrative support, user training, site documentation, permissions and general site maintenance for SharePoint solutions supporting COC Technology’s innovation processes



MUST HAVE: Proficient in use of SharePoint (2010 & 2013) and InfoPath forms (2010 & 2013)



Responsibilities:

• Provision project sites as new requests are approved

• Provide general site support including user requested site enhancements of InfoPath forms, site layout, content, or other user support

• Provide documentation and training that promotes proper site use, administration, and sustainability

• Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of site permissions and permission groups

• Effectively communicate and interact with site users, site developers and Corning IT personnel


Education and Experience Preferred:

• 2-year technical or business degree preferred


• 3 + years of demonstrated and proven experience working with SharePoint and related tools 

• Experience with CorasWorks webparts would be a tremendous plus

Travel Requirements

• None expected. However, should the need arise, typically 1-2 day duration and domestic only


Hours of work / work schedule / flex-time

• Standard full time work hours are 40hrs/week; 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday

• Part time at a minimum of 4 hours/day, Monday through Friday will be considered
