• Understand the products and services we are offering and strategize content accordingly.
• Utilize industry & organizational knowledge to develop new ideas & content
• Develop web content, case studies, whitepapers, solutions documents, emails, brochures/ flyers, videos, etc.
• Work with graphic designers to conceptualize the layout of marketing collaterals including videos, templates, brochures, banners and other promotional material
• Work closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders for content development
• Work with the marketing director for content development for offline and online marketing activities
• Optimize content for SEO and lead generation

• Should have experience in writing software/technology-related content for B2B market
• Experience within/ for IT services industry is a must
• Should be able to perform ad hoc research to develop & produce new content
• Should have the ability to explain a complicated matter in the simplest manner in writing
• Flair for language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Power-point & Excel
• Deep customer orientation and ability to relate to the customer
