Job Description

UserTesting is looking to add to its Business Operations team with a skilled individual who can directly support various operational efforts that directly support our Customer Success and Professional Services team. In this role you will be supporting the members of the Business Operations team through delivering data, improving data quality, maintaining and driving existing processes, and supporting existing tools. We are looking to hire onto this role as soon as possible and will provide an exact timeframe for length of engagement.

The Customer Success and Services team is comprised of our Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Project Management teams. The Business Operations team manages the processes, tools, and insights that support their execution and strategic direction.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to requests for data both from the Business Operations team and our business partners, leveraging your skills in SQL to pull data directly from our data warehouse and other sources.

  • Support delivery of insights at scale to our business partners through planning, developing, testing, and launching analytics dashboards.

  • Provide crucial support to major projects managed by the Business Operations team.

  • Manage various ongoing processes that directly support both our Customer Success and Professional Services teams.

  • Triage incoming requests to the Business Operations team from our business partners, improving efficiency and speed of response.



  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience having worked in technology / software organizations

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

  • Experience with applied SQL / data querying languages

  • Experience with Gainsight and / or Salesforce a big plus

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
