Job Description

Our Marketing team is looking for Webinar Manager that also has experience with Demand Generation. You will work with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to produce a cohesive webinar program and multi-channel campaigns that focus on generating high quality opportunities to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the webinar program, including management of the webinar calendar

  • In charge of webinar production and delivery with specific focus on pre-production, day-of-broadcast, and post-production activities

  • Collaborate with our product marketing team to produce compelling, authentic webinars for core phases of the buyer’s journey from awareness to purchase

  • Develop content for each phase of the funnel, maintain engagement post-webinar and accelerate prospect journeys through the funnel

  • Develop promotional tactics that can maximize webinar registration and attendance

  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Reps to generate pipeline and to meet monthly and quarterly goals

  • Manage and develop campaign strategies that generate leads, drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all channels including paid programs and webinars

  • Maximize ROI from paid social media channels and proactively optimize campaigns to increase performance

  • Partner with other functions in marketing and sales to develop key messages and leverage content that resonates across multiple channels

  • Use data and reporting to identify trends in performance and implement best practices to increase contribution to pipeline


  • 3+ years of experience working in B2B marketing (preferably in a technology industry with focus on outbound marketing)
  • Experience managing an ambitious and innovative webinar program, ideally for a B2B software company
  • Knowledgeable using audio conferencing and webinar platforms such as On24, Citrix GoTo products, Adobe Connect, or WebEx

  • Data driven with strong metrics measurement and optimization

  • Understanding of web technologies and key optimizing activities: PPC, SEO and SEM

  • Comfortable in a variety of tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Hootsuite, GA

  • Advanced writing skills, critical thinking, and superb presentation skills

  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry and B2B marketing trends

  • Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors is a plus
