Job Description
Looking for individuals with marketing automation services experiences. Depending on experience, requirements will include:
Basic Marketing Automation
Project is designed to provide comprehensive marketing automation services using Builderall’s tools. The outcome will be an automated marketing system tailored to your business needs, enabling efficient lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Capture Setup
- Integration of 1 (one) lead capture form on your website or landing page using Builderall’s form builder
- Email automation
- Setup of basic email sequence (up to 3 emails) using Builderall MailingBoss for follow-up with captured leads
- Basic Segmentation
- Simple segmentation of leads based on initial interaction (e.g., source of lead)
- Tracking and Analytics
- Basic setup of tracking tools to monitor form submissions and email open rates
- Customization options
- Email Sequence focus:
- Lead nurturing
- Welcome series
- Automation Trigger:
- Form Submission
- Link click within an email
- Final Deliverables
- Live marketing automation setup on client’s Builderall account
- Revision notes and changes (if applicable)
May require up to one (1) round of revisions which may include adjustments to email content, triggers, and basic segmentation
Standard Marketing Automation
Project is designed to provide comprehensive marketing automation services using Builderall’s tools. The outcome will be a multi-step marketing automation that includes advanced lead nurturing and sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Capture and Segmentation
- Setup of up to 3 (three) lead capture forms across different touchpoints with advanced segmentation based on user behavior
- Email Automation
- Setup of an advanced email sequence (up to 7 emails) using Builderall MailingBoss, including conditional logic for different user actions
- Behavioral Triggers
- Setup of up to 3 (three) behavioral triggers (e.g., email clicks, page visits) to customize the lead journey
- Advanced Tracking and Analytics
- Setup of detailed tracking tools for monitoring key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and user behavior
- Customization options
- Email Sequence focus:
- Lead nurturing with personalized content
- Sales follow-up with discount offers
- Automation triggers
- User behavior on the website (e.g., product views, downloads)
- Engagement with previous emails
- Final deliverables
- Live marketing automation setup on the client’s Builderall account
- Detailed tracking and analytics setup
- Revision notes and changes (if applicable)
May require up to two (2) round of revisions which may include adjustments to email content, segmentation, and automation logic
Premium Marketing Automation
Project is designed to provide comprehensive marketing automation services using Builderall’s tools. The outcome will be a comprehensive marketing automation system with full integration with lead scoring, multi-channel communication, and advanced customer segmentation.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel lead capture
- Setup of up to 5 (five) lead capture forms across multiple channels (e.g., website forms, social media, webinars) with unified tracking
- Complex Email Automation
- Setup of comprehensive email sequence (up to 12 emails) with advanced conditional logic, split testing, and dynamic content based on user behavior
- Lead Scoring and Advanced Segmentation
- Implementation of lead scoring models to prioritize high-value leads, with dynamic segmentation for tailored marketing efforts
- Behavioral Triggers
- Setup of up to 5 (five) behavioral triggers (e.g., multi-channel engagement, content downloads) to further personalize the customer journey
- Multi-channel Automation
- Integration of up to 3 (three) additional communication channels (e.g., SMS, Messenger, push notifications) into the automation workflow using Builderall’s tools
- In-depth Tracking and Analytics
- Comprehensive tracking of all automation activities, with custom reports and dashboards for ongoing optimization
- Customization options
- Email sequence focus
- Complex nurturing with personalized product recommendations
- Sales pipeline management with automated follow-ups
- Advanced features
- A/B testing of email content and sequences
- Dynamic content insertion based on user profile and behavior
- Automated re-engagement campaigns for inactive leads
- Final Deliverables
- Live marketing automation system on the client’s Builderall account
- Custom analytics and reporting setup
- Revision notes and changes (if applicable)
May require up to three (3) rounds of revisions which may include adjustments to automation flows, email content, and segmentation logic based on client feedback
Qualifications
- Qualifications based on the type of service you can provide (Basic, Standard, or Premium)
- Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
