We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Representative with experience using Klaviyo to support one of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing weekly email campaigns and monthly SMS texts.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

Develop, design, and execute weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo.
Create compelling content, including subject lines, email copy, and visuals, that resonate with our target audience.
Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and improve engagement rates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns.

SMS Marketing:

Develop and send monthly SMS marketing campaigns to our subscriber base.
Ensure SMS content aligns with overall marketing goals and complements email campaigns.
Monitor SMS campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Experience:

Proven experience in email marketing, with specific expertise in Klaviyo.
Experience in creating and managing SMS marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance.

 

Skills:

Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with eCommerce marketing and customer lifecycle management.
