Company Description
Upwork has partnered with one of its Enterprise level clients, a hyper-growth company dedicated to Finance-owned software that leverage existing financial systems to speed-up processes, increase accuracy and encourage wider participation.
They are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite in their office in Hyderabad, India.
Job Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
- Liaise with Hiring Managers within various departments, as well as collaborating with the teams who are involved in the successful pre-boarding and on-boarding of the employee.
- Send out and verify assessments to potential candidates.
- Schedule candidate interviews with various members of the hiring team.
- Ensure timely flow of the pre-boarding process.
- Request appropriate system/application access for the employee.
- Initiate and monitor background checks.
- Ensure successful and timely completion of new hire paperwork.
- Provide instructions for attending New Hire Orientation (NHO).
- Coordinate tasks for various projects and/or processes related to the hiring and pre-boarding process as assigned.
- Modify hiring/pre-boarding information to ensure data integrity.
- Protect personal and confidential information to adhere to the organization’s data privacy requirements.
- Ensure compliance with departmental practices and laws and/or regulations within hiring applicable country, region, state/province, and city.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be fluent in English and have excellent professional written and verbal communication.
- Work on-site in the Hyderabad office location Monday through Friday IST with flexibility to remain for evening interviews on occasion.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Have previous experience in an administrative or strategic role within Human Resources/Recruiting.
- Have Previous experience processing hiring/onboarding within the Information Technology industry is preferred.
