Our unique approach combines 24/7 live online tutoring and advanced data analytics to understand when students are at risk, and help colleges do something about it.
Upswing is in hyper-growth mode. We launched four years ago and we are already working with more than 70 colleges across the US. We are now looking for great, spirited team members who will help take us to the next level!

About You:
- You are a self-starter that works well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- You are passionate about startups & education technology
- You are new to sales, less than 2 years, and eager to learn
- You want to speak with people from various higher learning institutions around the US
- You may have the desire to become an amazing closer in the future or you may want to be in sales development as a career
- You want to work in downtown Austin & believe working in a great culture with people you like is just as important as the work you do
About What We Need:
- We need a passionate sales development rep that can make 40-100 calls & emails per day to institutions to find the right point of contact
- A self-motivated employee that can help us create a foundation of learning in our growing sales organization
- Leverage the knowledge of the platform to qualify prospects before sending them to the closers
- Learn Upswing's B2B sales methodology
- Take great notes to help your team understand why a prospect is qualified

Qualifications
Your Qualifications/Skills Should Include:
- 1-2 years of sales-relevant experience
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a CRM like FreshSales or Salesforce
- The ability to use productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite
- A desire to learn and adopt new approaches
