UpRush Social Geekers is an HR solutions and services provider. We have been in the industry for more than five (5) years now, and have catered to a number of companies of varying sizes all over the Philippines

The successful candidate shall/must:

• Coordinate and source applicants with expertise in technology using various channels (Social Networking Sites, Chrome Extensions, Email Marketing, Referral Program, Headhunting, etc.).
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate/Client Relationship Management Tools (CRM) for documentation and records management.
• Post internal and client technology related job opportunities in various sourcing channels (as permitted and necessary).
• Conduct initial screening of sourced applicants.
• Coordinate schedule of interview with the client POC or Hiring Team.
• Monitor/ track the number of applicants endorsed to hiring manager/ client.
• Provide feedback to the Team and client as necessary and/or requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business, Arts and related courses.
• Preferably with 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment operations, preferably in a fast-paced/ VUCA industry.
• Preferably has experience processing IT or technology positions.
• Values resilience, continuous improvement, learning and being a team player and open to CHANGE and strive to be better.
• Strong internet connection and with own computer (desktop or laptop)
• Willing to work from home and can start ASAP.
