About the Role

As a Course Advisor, you’ll speak with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying with BAA. Your role is to guide them through the enrolment journey, understand their career goals, and help match them with the right qualification.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, thrives in a performance environment, and is confident converting leads into enrolments.

You’ll be supported by a strong leadership team, ongoing training, and proven systems to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads into student enrolments
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective students
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Confidently manage objections and follow up opportunities
  • Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive results and student success

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWC)
  • Availability to work between 8:30am and 6:30pm AEST (VIC time) on a rotating roster shared across the team.
  • Full working rights within Australia

Highly Desirable:

  • Proven experience in a sales, contact centre, enrolment or phone-based role
  • Strong track record working toward KPIs and sales targets
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Ability to convert leads and close opportunities effectively
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Resilient, motivated and self-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying accountable and performance-focused
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
  • Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales (preferred) but not essential.
