Campus Operations Manager

The Campus Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Acknowledge Education’s campuses. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead day-to-day campus operations while delivering national initiatives that enhance the student and staff experience.
This role blends operational leadership, project delivery and people management, with a strong focus on student services, campus facilities, and cross-campus consistency. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will streamline systems and processes, remove operational barriers, and foster a collaborative, high-performing campus environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead campus operations, including facilities, safety, timetabling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth and efficient daily delivery
- Oversee student onboarding and support services, ensuring a high-quality experience that drives strong satisfaction outcomes
- Partner with Student Experience teams to implement initiatives that enhance engagement, feedback, and overall student journey
- Plan and deliver key campus events, including graduations, orientations and student-led activities that build a vibrant campus culture
- Lead, coach and develop the Operations Team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning
- Drive national and campus-level projects to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, compliance and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
- Promote and embed WHS frameworks, ensuring compliance, risk management and a safe campus environment
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or extensive industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in campus operations, education, project management, hotel management, or management of large hospitality business.
- Proven track record of successful project management and operations oversight.
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and planning skills.
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively within a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of Health and Safety
- Preferred: Familiarity with student information systems and data protection regulations
