Job Description
Permanent, Full-Time.
The Admissions Adviser is responsible for contacting course enquirers, other potential students and graduates to discuss course options and enrolment procedures to maximise enrolments, establishing and maintaining positive relationships to secure enrolments across natural health and creative arts courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up prospective student enquiries within required timeframes, using the Trusted Adviser framework to build trust and progress enrolments.
- Provide personalised guidance on course options, study load, fees, learning resources, and enrolment pathways through effective, student-focused conversations.
- Proactively engage with applicants and partially enrolled students to encourage enrolment completion while achieving KPIs and KPAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, supporting a positive experience and confidence in studying with the College.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, correspondence, and compliance-aligned documentation, contributing to reporting and statistics as required.
- Liaise with students, enquirers, internal teams, and support events or meetings related to enrolment, progression, and student queries.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary-level study (preferred) with demonstrated success in a sales-focused or customer engagement role.
- A strong results orientation, showing personal drive to set goals and consistently achieve targets.
- Proven sales capability, including confidence asking quality questions and converting leads through consultative conversations or presentations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a disciplined and structured approach to workload.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication.
- Adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for promoting student-focused products and services.
