Job Description

Agent Liaison Manager
Location: Remote, anywhere in NZ 
Full-time | Permanent |  Remote

This is a remote, full-time permanent position that can be carried out from anywhere in New Zealand.

About the role:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Agent Liaison Manager to support our Regional Managers in maintaining education agent documentation, compliance controls, and audit readiness across our registered entities.

This is a compliance-focused operational role that ensures agent onboarding, monitoring, and record-keeping processes are consistently maintained in line with regulatory requirements.

In addition to the above, your other key responsibilities will be to:

  • assist with the documentation and implementation of new processes and procedures
  • track and manage agent documentation (contracts, declarations, training, monitoring records)
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records across CRM, RTO, and PRISMS systems
  • support Regional Managers with documentation follow-up and compliance tracking
  • ensure agent files meet standardised audit requirements
  • assist with preparation for regulatory reviews (e.g. VRQA, TEQSA, and CRICOS audits)
  • coordinate agent onboarding and termination documentation processes
  • liaise with Compliance, Marketing Admissions, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency.

Qualifications

About You

You will describe yourself as a highly organised, hands-on person who thrives in a demanding sales environment. You are able to take initiative and work to high standards with staff on all levels to assist with daily business activities and administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also be expected to:

  • show good knowledge of CRM systems (Dynamic 365 or RTO managers)
  • possess experience in administration, compliance, and/or operations within tertiary settings
  • have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • be efficient and able to multi-task
  • demonstrate a strong attention to detail and documentation control skills
  • track multiple processes and follow up effectively
  • work confidently across systems and databases
  • engage stakeholders through strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
