In this role, you will serve as a vital ambassador for both the Law School and the University. By championing our mission and delivering an exceptional level of service to prospective applicants, you will help design and execute a successful recruitment and communication plan to enroll a highly qualified, diverse class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, collaborative connections with both internal and external constituents, including prospective students, pre-law advisors, alumni, faculty, and staff.

  • National Recruitment: Travel to law fairs and recruitment events across the country to represent Notre Dame Law School and the larger University.

  • Application Evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications thoroughly and equitably for a mission-focused and highly selective program.

  • Event Management: Manage and lead on-campus recruitment programs as well as virtual information sessions.

  • Strategic Communication: Develop and execute tailored communication strategies to engage prospective and admitted students.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years
  • Skills: Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; Ability to assist with a highly confidential process while maintaining appropriate relationships with varied constituencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: J.D.
  • Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years in higher education/admissions
  • Skills: Proficiency with admissions or marketing CRMs, specifically LSAC Unite; Event planning/management

Pay range: $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience
