Job Description
Shift: Day (PRN)
Work Schedule: 8 am-4:30 pm
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Towson, United States. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments following physician’s orders
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Operate various medical equipment while monitoring patient vital signs
- Assist in the development of patient care plans
- Provide health education to patients and families
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS/BCLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records
- Physical stamina to perform patient care duties
- Ability to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
