We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Baltimore. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, and store policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Follow all cash handling and security procedures
• Assist with inventory counts when required
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
• Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy
