Job Description
University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), has an opening available for a full-time OB/GYN physician.
Job Specifics:
• Employed group comprised of two OB/GYN physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. Seeking a third physician to meet growing volumes.
• Generalist scope of practice includes mix of obstetrics and gynecology
• Service supported by 24/7 in house OB hospitalist coverage
• Hospital performs 1400 deliveries per year on average; unit includes 14 labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum rooms
• Level II nursey covered by 24/7 pediatric hospitalists
• Work/life balance supported by very limited call arrangement
• Excellent hospital administration support as well as in office support staff
• Position eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support

Qualifications
Active license to practice medicine in the state of Maryland
Successful completion of residency or fellowship program in area of specialty
Board Eligible/Board Certified
