General Summary

• The Trainer is responsible for the training and development needs of our staff. This role is responsible for the evaluation of trainees for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required, training and experience, Masters Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of training experience required.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Microsoft Office, Training Database experience
• Curriculum Development Experience
